How can I get replacement parts and extra shades?
Contact our Customer Care department and tell them what you need. It helps if you
know the Robert Abbey style # for your lamp, but if not, we can probably determine
it from your description. You can also email us an image of your lamp (preferably
in .jpg format.)
Where can I view your latest catalog?
You can view our latest catalog at any time on your mobile device, computer or tablet. Just click here.
How do I get one of your printed catalogs?
Printed catalogs are available to our existing retail partners and potential retailers,
designers and decorators. To receive one, contact your sales representative or our
customer care department. If you don't have a sales representative, let us know
and we'll put you in touch with the rep for your area.
How can I shop and place orders online?
Existing customers can log into their account from our Dealers Portal page to access our line and place orders. If you don’t have an account or need assistance, please contact your local sales representative.

Easy to follow assembly instructions are located at the top of each style’s individual page via the “instructions” link.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Robert Abbey products are guaranteed for one full year from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
